Ombre in fashion means a type of coloring style in which there is a gradient from light to dark. It could be one color, multiple colors from the same color family, or different colors all together. Basically, its playing with color saturation to get a very cool, chic, and interesting effect. Its also called tie and dye, as many people believe its a glam version of that trend.
Ombre is a hot trend for summer and fall 2012. If you are one to easily embrace fashion trends, then you can go for a nice bright pair of ombre pants, or an ombre dress.
